Elevating a Brand with a Website as Refined as Its Products
Premier Concepts came to us with a clear goal: elevate their brand to engage two key audiences—interior designers, who seek visually inspiring layouts with clean grids and striking imagery, and architects, who rely on precise, intuitive navigation that builds trust. Their existing website, however, fell short on both fronts. Functioning more like a brochure than a true design and specification tool, it lacked the refinement, usability and technical resources needed to compete with national brands like Armstrong and Rulon.
To support national growth and better serve specifiers, Premier Concepts partnered with TriMark Digital to reimagine its website as a modern, high-end digital experience.
The Challenge
Premier Concepts’ business is built on bringing their customers’ visions to life, and our goal was to do the same—creating a website designed not just to generate traditional leads but to establish trust and credibility with a highly discerning, design-driven audience that expects more than basic information. Interior designers and architects need:
- Visual inspiration to validate design possibilities
- Clean, intuitive product exploration
- Immediate access to technical resources like CAD files, specs and data sheets
- Confidence in craftsmanship and execution
At the same time, contractors required a different experience—one focused on clarity, speed and reliability. The challenge was to design a website that:
- Elevated brand perception to meet high-end, design-forward expectations
- Balanced aesthetics with deep technical functionality
- Simplified the specification process for multiple audiences
- Positioned Premier Concepts as a custom, responsive alternative to large, SKU-driven competitors

Inside Our Approach
We focused on translating the brand’s expertise, creativity and collaborative spirit into a digital experience that truly engages its audience. Rather than simply presenting products, we aimed to highlight possibilities, streamline key processes and reinforce the brand’s positioning. From visual storytelling to intuitive navigation and interactive tools, every decision was guided by how users think and work, creating a website that is both functional and inspiring.
We focused on what made Premier Concepts different: customization, craftsmanship and collaboration.
The new brand experience was designed to feel:
- Clean and modern, with intentional use of white space
- Warm and tactile, reflecting the natural material of wood
- Refined and minimal, aligning with the expectations of design professionals
Rather than overwhelming users with product catalogs, we focused on presenting possibilities—showcasing what can be created, not just what exists.
Instead of organizing the website like a manufacturer, we structured it around how projects are actually specified. This included:
- Reframing the site architecture around how projects are actually specified by industry
- Creating inspiration-driven project galleries and case studies to support early-stage design thinking
- Building product pages that balance visual design with technical depth
The goal was to make the site feel intuitive for designers while still supporting architects and contractors deeper in the process.
Customization is where Premier Concepts wins, so we made it easier, faster and more intuitive, transforming the website from a passive experience into an active design and decision-making tool.
We focused on:
- Redesigning data sheets and technical documentation for fast architectural decision-making
- Developing the “Design Your System” tool, an interactive resource that lets users configure systems and instantly generate downloadable spec sheets
Premier Concepts had an impressive library of project photography, but it wasn’t being fully leveraged. We elevated it by:
- Showcasing high-resolution installation imagery throughout the site
- Building immersive project galleries that highlight range, detail and design potential
- Using visuals to reinforce credibility, craftsmanship and customization capabilities
For a design-focused audience, these visuals weren’t just decorative—they served as proof of quality and expertise.
While large manufacturers compete on scale, Premier Concepts wins through speed, flexibility and personalized service—so, we made this a central part of the narrative by highlighting:
- A more responsive, collaborative partner throughout the design and specification process
- True customization without the constraints of rigid, SKU-based systems
- Speed to market driven by U.S. manufacturing and tighter operational control
This positioning sets Premier apart—not as a smaller competitor, but as the ideal partner for design-driven, high-end projects.
The Result
The new Premier Concepts website is more than a redesign—it represents a strategic shift in how the brand presents itself. It showcases the high-end quality and customization of their work, supports both design inspiration and technical specification, delivers a smoother, more intuitive experience for designers, architects and contractors, and positions Premier Concepts to compete—and win—against national brands. Most importantly, it aligns with how their audience actually works, making it easier for Premier Concepts to become the preferred partner in the specification process.
