TriMark Digital Expands into New Downtown Raleigh Headquarters with 3x the Space

October 1, 2021 — TriMark Digital announced today the expansion of its headquarters into a new 18,000-square-foot building in the Glenwood South neighborhood of downtown Raleigh, adding to an already well-established campus in the area. The new space is just steps from the company’s former HQ and is two blocks from its creative production studio, which primes the agency for continued growth and collaboration.  

“We’ve grown so much in the last two years—taking our staff from 55 to more than 80—that we simply needed more space to operate,” says Randy Goins, CEO.

“Teamwork is essential to our business model and how we drive success for our clients. Our new office is ideal for how we work, with flexible spaces for both group and independent work.”

The new office, 410 N. Boylan Avenue, features three times the space of the former HQ, with private offices, more meeting rooms, collaborative touchdown spaces, private phone booths and ample open working space. Plans for adding game rooms, a fitness center and other gathering spaces are also underway. Goins also plans to preserve the building’s historic feel, as he did with the HQ on Tucker Street. 

This office expansion comes in a year of broader growth for the agency, which has seen increases in revenues, client opportunity and staff size in 2021. TriMark Digital also celebrates 15 years in business this year.
